I was kinda lost in the store and a rly cool worker, with glasses and dark curly hair - forgot her name - was so helpful, get her a raise.
I felt and hurt my self on Wednesday. there was a broken bottle on the floor and liquid and no signal, I was told the manager will call me same day to provide me with an incident report and an apology. I haven’t received either yet . Is this the way to deal with this situations and treat customers like this ?
