A lot of stock but not many staff about. Easy to navigate to the area you want but hard to find a staff member for a particular product you need. Otherwise a good, clean store and will return.
Children's books selection is pretty good. Women's wear selection is quite good. However the mess in several areas in this store is unacceptable. The change rooms are unattended with piles of clothes everywhere including in the change rooms. The middle section of the store were there are checkouts is blocked off and used as storage. Really? Target at Newton is better organised and tidy. What a disappointment
Obviously understaffed, resulting in grumpy staff, some off whom looked bored and direction less. Unsurprising because no presence on the floor of any managers at all. This is not the way to create a decent business. I think we know that quality in the stock is pretty hit and miss, more miss than hit and prices really aren't that good ie cheap. Everything is EVERYWHERE, can’t see the actual price for one item because the price is on the next asile over or something
This Kmart has a couple of older ethnic female rude staff and stock is generally not the best. I always avoid going to this one as the Ingle Farm Kmart is so much better
