I just couldn’t believe the state of the dressing rooms!!! I visited K-Mart Figtree and was staggered at the state of the Store in general. It was like a jumble sale…..on my way to the Fitting Rooms I went through the cosmetics where everything was either opened or discarded on the shelf after inspection. It’s like there’s no one in charge of anything….TOTAL CHAOS!!!!!!Then I entered the Fitting Rooms and found this sight…..

They'll never know if they've been robbed it's that much of a mess! It's like a jumble sale or one of those antique junk shops. Never anything in stock and Figtree Grove is an absolute nightmare for parking. Plus the traffic lights can just get in the bin. Would honestly rather drive to Shellharbour or even Miranda.

Rudest service from the lady at the fitting room by the name of Deborah!!! No product knowledge and was not friendly I couldnt believe it!! She pretty much dismissed me and did not make me feel like what a customer should feel… I see staff standing around doing bare minimum. I have witnessed managers being incredibly rude to their staff yelling out orders in a horrible demeaning way and there is stock all over the floors it is very messy and unorganised in there!!! This store is a shambles. Click and collects taking 3-5 days instead of 24 hours as advertised, impossible to get through on the phone, constant low stock levels, messy. Lots of staff just standing around doing not much of anything. Save your time and go to Big W!
