I was pretty stressed when I rang Kmart this afternoon. Michelle who answered the phone was so helpful. More people like her and the world would not be so uptight. Thanks Michelle.
While ringing the store to find out if they had an item in stock which they did, they refused to hold it for me til I could get there....seeing as it's a 30 min trip for me however it was going to be about 2hrs til I could get there and it was the last one on the shelf i didn't want to drive there if it was not going to be there. The staff told me they wouldn't hold it because it's a bulky item.....it's a microwave.....since when are you not allowed to do that? I had something on hold only a few months ago!
