We had an incident today with your employee Crissy who is very passive aggressive and rude towards me and my grandmother while my two-year-old was having a tantrum over some gumboots. In the moment I had a mind blank and was overwhelmed so rushed to leave the store after paying for my items and she shamed me in front of other customers for leaving the gumboots in the way of people as if I purposely tried to cause harm (slipping hazard).
