I arranged via the Kmart Photo app online for 3 x photo blocks for my husband’s birthday today. I picked them up on Wednesday and when I got home and opened them the photos had not been put on the blocks correctly. They were ripped and torn. All down the sides of each block. A couple of weeks ago i was in Kmart near the towels. As i saw a young kind lady with a cage full of things and a another girl yelling at her to hurry up and bringing lots of attention to others, this made me and other customers very uncomfortable and venerable. I saw her name tag and her name was 'Kate'. This is not very professional of 'Kate'. I hope Kate gets talked to from her boss.
Went to Kmart today to get some photos printed and Karen at the service desk was extremely helpful, she is an asset to your team. I had no idea what to do and she took the time out to help me. Thanks Karen!
This place is a racism den. My son brought his favourite nerf gun and they took it off him because he is black. I would advise everyone to never go here again,
