There are new rules, and I don't know why these strange rules exist! I bought a bed cover, and when I opened it, I didn't like the fabric, so I folded it neatly and went to return it. They said I couldn't return it because it had been opened. And if we're talking about open items on shelves, we can't even collect and count them! Even though the machine I bought from them was open, and I didn't say anything about it! Reconsider your approach; buying something isn't mandatory.
