I was verbally abused by a staff member today an older lady with grey hair. I wanted to buy a mattress protector it was the last one left but it had a big cut in the packaging so I thought id better take the sheet out of the packet and view it before purchasing in case the sheet had been cut. This staff member accused me of opening the packet and then wouldn't let me see if the sheet was damaged. So frustrated, customer service is 0. 2 orders online first one after 3 days we are giving you a refund I go In store and buy the item which at first was in stock then according to them wasn't. But I managed to get one. 2nd order, after 5days it was ready ,but I went into this store found it on the shelf Tried to cancel order, no one reply, it's a joke .1/2 my order was packed in 30 minutes, clothing.the kitchen item 5 days
