They don't answer the phones when you need them to even if you stay on hold for 30 minutes it's so annoying!
THE WORSE customer experience by far. NO ONE answers your calls yet these days 9 out 10 of us have our phones in our hand or in our pocket & NOT one staff member could pick up the work phone. You all would NOT survive in a call centre. 5 times l tried calling & 5 times l was left on hold for 10 minutes equaling a total of 50 minutes wasted, until the announcement of "l'm sorry no one is available to take your call, goodbye". everytime. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
I like how they have loss prevention officers 😄🤣
