Horrible service they never answer the phone either after multiple attempts
I recently had a really positive experience at the self-checkout at Kmart. Self-checkouts can sometimes be a bit frustrating, but Frances was super helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. I had a few questions about the stock of some items, and she was incredibly patient while I asked. What really stood out was when she reassured me that I wasn’t being a handful and that she loves helping in any way she can. It's always nice to see friendly and efficient service, and Frances definitely provided that. 5 stars
Elizabeth the employee so rude and condescending she refuses to help and makes faces once I asked for help as a customer I want her fired immediately. Please
