I ordered products online for delivery and the box has come damaged and opened when it has a FRAGILE sticker on it. I rang the delivery company and they redirected me to the store it was sent from which then redirected me to a message from a robot system. I’ll NEVER order online from Kmart again let alone use the company called COURIERS PLEASE out of DANDENONG SOUTH VICTORIA
Compared to the Kmart in Cranbourne, I found this one to be quite spacious. It felt easier to move around and shop without feeling crowded.
The service here is really disappointing.There is an old lady at the service desk and she was very rude and dismissive. She clearly doesn’t know how to speak to customers properly. I left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from Kmart.
Aaron is an outstanding manager! He was approachable, attentive, and made sure I had a positive shopping experience. It’s rare to come across someone who is genuinely so helpful and caring. Kmart is lucky to have him leading the team.
I had such a great experience thanks to Aaron, the manager. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me. His customer service was excellent, and he made sure everything was sorted quickly and with a smile. You can tell he really cares about customers and his team. A true asset to Kmart!
