Everytime I come into kmart at night time after work to grab some stuff the lady at the front called “Mary” doesn’t greet me as I walk in, the worst part is that she’s so racist towards me as I have tanned skin. She always watching my every move and my mate that works at kmart told me I should leave because the workers were “watching” me. It’s js rude and unnecessary as I come in to buy stuff. No trolleys at all available at 11 am in the morning - I have mobility issues & need a trolley while shopping in your large store. I really felt for your door person Starr who could do no more than suggest we walk down to Cole’s & get one of their trollies which was too far for me to walk - I sat on stool outside shop & watched several other elderly shoppers leave because of no trollies - was told trolley person starts at 1 pm! - I would hate to think how many customers you have lost - makes it difficult for door staff to de... read more
Went into the Kmart the other day and after being in there with some mates for 20 minutes we got kicked out because of my mate dropping a ball. As we went to exit without an argument we got told by an older very very rude lady to never come back and that we’re banned for life. She is one of the rudest people I have ever met and made the experience horrible. She doesn’t not deserve to work there anymore.
