staff are find there are a selected few that are awesome. I purchased an for my grandaughter for a xmas present. she didnt like it. I tried to return item today and because I didnt have docket they refused my return. i paid 39.00 cash for this item so dont have back card copy. I shop all the time at kmart and was made to feel very incomfortable. what is the next move for me? I want to change this item for something that she wants.
