Went into the Kmart the other day and after being in there with some mates for 20 minutes we got kicked out because of my mate dropping a ball. As we went to exit without an argument we got told by an older very very rude lady to never come back and that we’re banned for life. She is one of the rudest people I have ever met and made the experience horrible. She doesn’t not deserve to work there anymore.

very unprofessional customer service! made click and collect before 9am this morning and said should be ready by 4pm same day.. got confirmation email said they received my order and preparing for it.. ring them up after 3pm to make sure it was ready as I have to travel to get there, staff asked me if I am one pass member I told them "no" and "why" as it's nothing to do with my online order, she said the priority was the one pass member when do online order but my order should be ready before 4pm just wait for the message.. ... read more
i was greeted by a very friendly staff member by the name of "mason". he happily showed me towards the pokémon cards and chatted to me for nearly 20 minutes about all the different kinds! this really brightened my day and i will definitely be back.
