Literally shocked when i asked, where the massage roller was and got very rude response from one of the staff. Later on i got to know she was the manager on shift oct 6 pm shift. So sad to see such rude staff in such a reputable shop. Totally dissapointed
I always shop at kmart & love theyr range of homewares and kids stuff among other things. There’s not much interaction with the staff usually, however yesterday i had the rare pleasure of being called to be served personally at the checkout as the self service registers were full. No one ever on the floor to help. Things “in stock” on the website never on the floor and the staff never go out the back to check when asked.
