The worst customer service experience I’ve had was with someone named Lucy. Don’t hire these kind of people who refuse to give good service to customers.
Went in today to get a cooking pot as i needed one. The pot that i grabbed was in front of a $25 ticket, so i obviously thought that this pot would be $25. Go to the checkout to pay, and as i scan it the prices comes at $32. So, i call over a worker and told her the problem. She got someone to check the price, and approved that it was actually $32 and that someone had placed it in the wrong spot. I have been trying to call 3 times and left me waiting 5 minutes and no answer
Terrible customer service. I bought a pants two days ago and the reception forgot to remove the security buckle and the invoice has no inks. It’s ok for me because it happened sometimes. But when I went back yesterday and asked them to remove it they treated me like thief and leave me standing there for 20 minutes. The woman even showing off her new tattoos to her colleagues without dealing with my situation actively.
