I spoke with Ana from Kmart Dandenong over the phone and she was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, polite, and incredibly friendly throughout our conversation. It’s rare to receive such warm and genuine service over the phone, and I truly appreciate the effort she put in to help me.
Don't deserve any star. One of the managers at Dandenong was extremely rude. Gave wrong Kmart returns policy and was very dismissive and aggressive. A phone call to customer service was very positive. They were wonderful. I hope he was reprimanded severely. I will not be purchasing anything more from the Dandenong shop.

Theres a rude guy in click and collect center refuse to return our items after 2 hours of purchase time. In the return policy it clearly stated that returns are accepted if the items are not fitting perfectly but this fellow refused it and told us he can get it back. Really bad behavior on customer service. Really disappointed as a valued franchise highly recommended to take an action for this wasting customer’s valued time.
