My recent visits to Kmart Dandenong have been very positive. On Tuesday evening, the gentleman who assisted me while I was printing my photos was exceptionally polite and respectful. I wish I had noted his name so I could give him proper recognition. While I was using the photo printing computers, he courteously asked if I needed any help and always wore a friendly smile as he worked diligently. Very disappointed with the service. Needed assistance at the register and she just stood there on her phone. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. On top of that, I also asked for a bag and she audibly sighed in front of us plus had an overall negative attitude towards us for no reason.
Leila is the sweetest, kindest and most helpful worker. I came in not knowing what exactly I was looking for, and I left with exactly what I was looking for, all thanks to Leila, a kind young woman. Kmart, youse did your big one hiring her!!!!!!
