Very disappointed with my customer service from the blonde lady named Leanne today. Seemed as though She didn’t want to do her job, Angrily placing my items in bag, and being passive towards me for the entire 2 minute interaction at the checkout. There are a lot of great workers a K hub and have never had a problem with any of the workers until today. She needs to learn how to be kinder when serving customers, I go to K hub regularly and I’ve never seen her there before, But I would suggest putting her through some more trai... read more
Sells the basics as expected for a 'hub' store, but not a wide variety. They have tried to pack in as much as they can, so can be messy. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Linda has absolutely terrible service asked for something in stock rudely says they don't have it, and refuses to even check. Along with her tone towards staff seems awful.
A really well stocked K Hub with lovely staff. I can always find what I need here.
