Experienced extremely disrespectful and disappointing service especially from the service manager named Allahna (not sure about her name). She was extremely rude and came off as quite abrasive when it came to her customer service duties. She was irritated when asked about the K-Mart return policies Instead of explaining or helping out she ended up calling security. The other day at Kmart, I saw something that honestly stuck with me more than I expected. I was just walking past the customer service desk when I heard a manager yelling at one of the workers — not just raising their voice, but really going off in front of customers. The worker just stood there, clearly upset, eyes cast down, face flushed. It was uncomfortable to watch. There's always so much to see in Kmart. Prices are budget friendly and the quality of the products are improving. Staff are attentive and help without being overbearing.
