Very disappointing customer service. On a quiet Monday evening, I visited the store looking for a product that was not on the shelves but was listed as in stock on the app. I approached five different staff members, yet instead of assisting, they simply passed me from one person to another without resolution. The floor was quite messy and unorganised. When we were looking through the jumpers in the middle of the store, who I assume to believe was the duty manager Belinda was very rude and abrupt to the worker stationed at the entrance who was busy scanning receipts. She raised her voice to a point where we as customers could hear and felt uncomfortable. The point was literally regarding something outside of that workers position. Very unprofessional and unkind especially coming from leadership.

I was walking down the aisles and noticed some extraordinary folding done by a young lady named Ashley, if I can recall correctly. I had to stop and ask her for tips, 10/10 customer communication skills, well done young lady!
