Overall fair experience in-store, BUT online inventory not updated and no one answers the customer service phone, its been over 2 weeks and not a single answer to my call. Stock shows online - not available but store had them when i actually went in. Waste of time because i could have had it delivered.
Go to buy something a queue of at least a100 people and 6 registers, its ridiculous , no one on the service counter, messiest store ive ever seen. Would rather drive elsewhere that got to kmart craigieburn, im done with t his store until the registers go back to the front
Worst kmart. Terrible customer service. Some very rude staff. Messy and dirty. Don't bother coming to this kmart.
I went for shopping and felt like staff is not getting paid enough.
Terrible customer experience. Online the store said they had the item in stock. I paid with a click and collect at 11.30am Was emailed half an hour before 4pm (Their SLA) with an email saying “we cancelled your order AS REQUESTED”. I never requested this cancellation.
