Whenever I go to Kmart Craigieburn, the store is always so messy that it becomes very difficult to find anything, especially in the stationery section. Yesterday I went there looking for modelling clay set, but I couldn’t find it. I asked two customer service staff members for help, but they kept avoiding me instead of assisting. I had to leave without buying it. And this is not the first time—it has happened many times before.
Very disappointing customer service. On a quiet Monday evening, I visited the store looking for a product that was not on the shelves but was listed as in stock on the app. I approached five different staff members, yet instead of assisting, they simply passed me from one person to another without resolution. Tried to call like many times over the course of a week and never once took a message, picked up or called me back.
