Very poor service. The staff were extremely unprofessional. After finishing our shopping, we went to the checkout. There was a family being served before us, and once they finished, we stepped forward to pay. However, the employee left the checkout area, went to talk and laugh with other staff, and left us standing there waiting. We waited for about 15 minutes with no explanation or apology. When we finally called out, the employee returned as if nothing had happened, while we had been standing and waiting the whole time.
Honestly if you can make the trip to Epping Kmart then do it because on top of the constant mess in store, staff blocking walkways, tripping hazards they also hang up on customer calls even if you call at a time that is generally less busy. The cleanliness issue isn't because of the holiday season either, as it was always a mess everything I walk in their.
Trying to find an Anko Heater fan since 1 month across different stores in Melbourne. Website says 5$ clearance sale for an Anko Heater Fan which is and will be out of stock all the time. Better the product be removed from Kmart listings.
