Mila - served me 22/02/2026 @ 12:34pm. EXCELLENT customer service. Mila was working really hard tidying up the belts that had all fallen onto the floor in the mens sleepwear aisles. I had approached her to ask for a stock location on a Mr. Grumpy sleep-set I couldn’t find any more sizes in. My partner has an obsession with Mr. Grumpy merchandise, and I’m always on the lookout. I have 8 orphan puppies and I ordered stuff from coomera click and collect as I was that way that day. 6hrs later still no order. Tried to call management after rude staff got hung up on. They are all rude walking around doing nothing shop is a mess. The website says 3hrs apparently thats only for one plus members? After school, I was at Kmart Coomera with my friend and my younger sister, and we were treated extremely poorly by a staff member. While I understand that students in school uniform are often stereotyped as being reckless, this assumption is unfair and inaccurate. A female staff member, who appeared to be in her late teens or early twenties, bigger lady /black/brownish hair tinge of colour/ pale skin repeatedly followed us around the store. She called over other workers to watch us and spoke about us loudly enough for us to ... read more

Cheehoo! there's some bargains down at Kmart Coomera Westfield. Before I came in today I did look at the online website but all the things which catched my eye online weren't in stock in the actual store. Made me quite disappointed... but no reason to cry over spilt milk. The Kmart teenage workers are only human and are only there to make a quick buck!
