Coomera Kmart needs security. While I was looking for jeans, a middle eastern looking man with broken english and 2 small kids were playing chasing each other around the women's clothing beside me. Their screaming was deafening and I was dizzy watching them run past me . The man encouraging the children to run so he would chase them as they screeched pulled, touched and hid between hanging clothes. I was there for about 5 minutes and couldn't stand the noise. the guy on the self checkout with the big beer belly is either really rude or racist was watching him be very rude to this indonesian women who was clearly struggling to use the self serve checkout n he was just giving her dirty looks and being very passive aggressive when she asked for help.
Mr Jeremy at returns is always being rude & unpleasant. Very unpleasant experience when I have to deal with him. Not just myself but many others say the same. He was just flat out rude this morning during a transaction. Doesn’t feel like he wants to be at work today but I don’t think that’s the customers fault.
