Good value for money
Huge amounts of stock on the floor ,under racks and fixtures in every department!! Slipped on a hanger in the women's area and I have made 2 complaints in writing to the store and received generic responses with we take store cleanliness sedulously etc etc blah this store is by far the most untidy dirty store on the Gold Coast!!! Clean it up before some gets hurt !!
So useless staff. Just ask where the umbrella is. They just said to the right hand side?. What the hell is that kind of support?
I love Kmart! But the experience I was served today while putting my layby on was beyond a joke! I was served by a young man named Jock, I believe. The entire interaction he was to busy having a lovely good old chat with either his co worker or his assumed friends who were in the line behind me, I attempted to say a few things during conversation and I was either ignored or recieved the most blank and plain response. I hope their customer service skills get an improvement soon or I’ll just stick to big W.
Jeremy needs to find a new job. Went to customer service area to ask if they had a product in stock as i couldn’t find it on the shelf (i was sent from southport kmart, who called ahead to make sure they had it) Jeremy said “if it’s not on the shelf then we don’t have it, try southport” i told him i was just there and he said again “well if it’s not on the shelf then we don’t have it” I was not impressed with him at all, went to the front and found a lovely lady who checked and led me STRAIGHT to what i wanted.
