I purchased a stretched canvas online to be part of a xmas gift for a budding artist. I purchased online because as a busy person it is very convenient. The canvas arrived with a hole in it. I was unable to get through on the phone so submitted an enquiry online. I received an email today advising that I have to go into a store to get a refund or exchange.
