Kye was excellent! She had a lovely smile and a helpful attitude. Tyler also has deep knowledge about the products! My dog was having anxiety from not having a proper mattress to sleep on, and she recommended me the best mattress for my dogs. Now my dogs are happy and she deserves a promotion!
They not open at 11 Worst k mart
The other night I saw a staff member, I believe her name was Erin, speaking disrespectfully about her coworkers while on shift. She was standing around chatting instead of working whilst others in the areas she was where trying to keep up with stock and making rude comments about others. It came across as really unprofessional and not the kind of attitude you’d expect from someone working as part of a team nor to wish to hear when you walk in just to do your shopping. Service desk at the back of the store is very poorly staffed. Especially for a Saturday morning. One young boy doing a very good job. He called for help 4x and no one came to help although there were many workers around the area. Spent approx 20min waiting at the back of a 9 person line.
It is the best they have everthing
