One of the staff an older lady is so rude, I was my young daughter who was asleep in her pram. She was purposely banging items and making noises. Then proceeded to huff and puff as I walked pasted her like a pram isn’t welcome in the store. The way she speaks and present herself is appalling, won’t be going back I’ll happily spend money driving to Shepparton. If you hate your job don’t work there simple.

Put back a trolly full of stuff I had on hold didn't answer the phone in 3 different departments and the kids that were working were cluless
Wonderful experience this morning. Very friendly helpful server; the product I needed wasn't available atm; Courteous and pleasant conversation re order online with click and collect; And so glad to speak with someone with a friendly smile and alternate information. I will be glad to return when item bees collecting
