Very rude young lady at service desk at 5pm on 13/02/26 who thinks she is the manager. Our request was approved by the manager but she was being absolutely rude to us just because she refused us at first. Probably racist just because we are asians. Aside from that, manager on that day and staff at the front is absolutely kind and respectful
Terrible service at the service desk. Wont even give a chance to talk and explain, just keep saying No. Chadstone and burwood kmart both able to assist me with my refund when your staff said no.
What a beautifully clean and well stocked store. Service so polite and helpful. Thank you for restoring my love for Kmart. Burwood one store could learn from you guys!!
The old Asian lady at the entrance is so intimidating! I know she is just doing her job but some EQ and customer service training will go a long way for her. I avoid going in every time I saw her at the entrance.
