I have ordered 2 camp pillows together with other items on 30/12, the other things were ready except pillows. However, I came to the store today (2/1) and found many of them in store, but my click and collect order is still not ready. Then they asked me to wait 2-3 days or refund on app and repurchase again. But the refund on app is not available as well. Then I have to call the help service centre which waste lots of time. Why can they be flexible to help me cancel and give me the stock in store?
This Kmart is similar to other Kmart stores. The staff were helpful, and one staff member assisted by precisely locating an item I was trying to find.

In mobile phones department I visited the store today to inquire about a phone, and the staff(Indian young girl ) member who assisted me did not seem knowledgeable about the product. She repeatedly had to check with others, which made the process take much longer than expected. I didn’t receive any apology or acknowledgment for the delay. I would appreciate better-trained staff and more attentive customer service. She should be not working in Kmart at all Time 2.36 date 03/12/2025
