Normally have good experiences at Ocean Keys Kmart, however today was an exception. After going through a manned checkout where a male staff member scanned my items for me, I paid and left. I was stopped at the exit on the way out by another staff member (who was lovely) and when she checked my receipt advised me that one of the items had not been scanned and I needed to go back and pay for it. 5 Stars for Deb at the entrance/exit who is so welcoming and friendly, every single time!
Had a handful of stuff and had a phone call to take on my way out. Was forced to stop by this blonde woman at the front to scan my receipt, I ignored her cause I was clearly unable to get my receipt. She forced me to stop when I don’t legally have to unless it’s an accusation. She went and grabbed the receipt herself to scan it while I was holding the things I had bought and on the phone.
