Disgusting customer service I arrived at 5:01pm they close at five I quickly went to get the product I needed and went straight to the register. There were still people in the queue being served. The manager refused my service saying that they had closed before I entered the store and that I was not able to put my transaction through of one item. There were still two people being served, but they refuse to serve just one more person
They never update their opening hours, and it will say open on google maps but when you show up ,they are closed . Which is hella annoying
Really busy just before Christmas, but had extra staff on directing customers to the best checkouts. WELL DONE KMart Clarkson.
