For the love of god GET MORE TROLLEYS The amount of times we literally get our own trolley from the carpark and walk in with it. It’s so disappointing to see a dirty empty trolley bay. Having been a manager of a large department store, you will loose customers by not having a full trolley bay.
Chloe was remarkable she went out of her way to get me a tote bag which was not on the floor, i waited patiently and she served me with a warm smile she found from the back of the warehouse. She is and was amazingly helpful
Don’t go to this store during late night shopping hours it is hell on earth here with many delinquents running around stealing and throwing items up the store’s ceiling two particular moments include security walking a group of them out with one immediately putting on deodorant that he didn’t even pay for the other I’m not really sure about but what I do know is that they had no shirt on and was walking along the back very slowly overall while I still will come here I most definitely will not be going when crazy events or ho... read more
I visited the store yesterday and received amazing customer service ☺️ A lovely lady by the name of Penny, I believe.
