I ordered two items for click and collect. I rang today to see why my email came up as “partially” ready. Turns out BOTH ITEMS DID NOT HAVE THE SIZE I ORDERED. Why show stock as available if they ARE NOT IN STOCK. Lazy kids don’t want to work. Girl on the phone was no better. Um is the only word in her lack of vocabulary

Men's clothing section a mess. Clothes all mixed up and on floor. Many items continuously out of stock. Have complained several times over the last year, but staff obviously don't care.
