Went into store to return goods today with my receipt and phone card details and bank statement. The lady today with blonde hair said i need my physical card but its the same number thats in my online card which i paid for items and the reciept showed a completely different last 3 digits (Which i now know its a virtual number created by wallet) which is all setup now. Today I had an issue with purchasing gift cards which resulted in a complicated and time intensive solution. Big thanks to Charlotte and Jess for their problem solving skills and to Felix their manager for coming in to save the day. Much appreciated and the basketball team will enjoy their gift cards I'm sure.
