I hate that this store doesn't turn on the A/C. It's uncomfortable and smelly.
Kmart Chermside, you suck. Waited 15 minutes to speak to someone, after 10 mins of recorded message I got scratching noises for 5 mins and then they hung up on me. Dear Kmart Customer Service Team, I am formally escalating a serious issue regarding the refusal to process a change-of-mind return at the Kmart Chermside store on 6 November 2025. I ordered some t-shirts, a water filtering jug, a toaster, and some sheets from the Chermside shop 4 days ago. I am really happy that everything arrived today. I spent less than $90 for everything, and delivery was free. Sunday was the only day I had free to organise this and I just couldn't face the crowds at the shopping centre. The website is really easy to navigate, and the prices are the same as in the shop. I highly recommend using the website for all of us shut-ins.
