Unacceptable Standards at Kmart Chermside The store is dirty, poorly maintained, and severely disorganised, creating an unpleasant and unprofessional shopping environment. Stock is left scattered, aisles are cluttered, and basic presentation standards are clearly not being enforced.Customer service is non-existent. A busy store. Lots of products, and always worth a visit when at chermside. I don't love the self checkout, prefer the old fashioned check out people and customer service.
They state they have stock in store of items that aren't in stock, they also ignore phone calls. Keep trying, you won't get anywhere
