Took a pair of hardly used Anko thongs back because they had ripped due to poor manufacture. They don’t stock them anymore (think I know why!) so couldn’t get a replacement. When I asked for a refund I was very rudely told by Chris at Service counter that they couldn't do that (despite me having the receipt for them). Incredibly poor customer service, and as Chris appeared to be a manager, no points for using his initiative. Go somewhere else.
I encountered a young white, tall blonde male staff who wears glasses and he is an absolute try hard and has no respect for customers around him by demonstrating he doesn't have to be polite or respectful to any customer. Also he prefers to walk through customers instead of displaying manners and professionalism.
Lots of varieties with reasonable price.
I cannot believe the absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour I experienced at this Kmart. Would give 0 stars if I could. Two staff members, one blonde and one with curly dark brown hair, both young women, followed me and my friends around the store like we had committed some crime. They were staring, making us feel completely unwelcome, and acting suspicious over nothing at all.
