Unfortunately, this is my local store, and due to reasons unknown, it never has anything I am after… Shelves are usually half empty, a lot of stock is missing, online information never matches reality… Sometimes, I’ve had to come here several times and still, the item wasn’t available… The staff are slow, lazy, rude, and apathetic. The customer service desk (conveniently located at the very back of the store!) is always staffed by one person, who goes to and from the back (200 meters away) to get click and collect orders… So... read more
