I cannot believe the absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour I experienced at this Kmart. Would give 0 stars if I could. Two staff members, one blonde and one with curly dark brown hair, both young women, followed me and my friends around the store like we had committed some crime. They were staring, making us feel completely unwelcome, and acting suspicious over nothing at all. Don’t bother buying and reserving an item online. They are extremely sluggish in processing the request. It’s best just going to the store, grabbing it off the shelf and purchasing. Hell will freeze over before they get around to doing it themselves. Useless and bone idle staff.
I went to the Chatswood Kmart on 23/09/25 at around 10:40am and I kind of experienced racist. The employee who was checking the tickets near the store exit has scanned our tickets, counted the items and checked inside the bag.
