I went to the Chatswood Kmart on 23/09/25 at around 10:40am and I kind of experienced racist. The employee who was checking the tickets near the store exit has scanned our tickets, counted the items and checked inside the bag. Unfortunately, this is my local store, and due to reasons unknown, it never has anything I am after… Shelves are usually half empty, a lot of stock is missing, online information never matches reality… Sometimes, I’ve had to come here several times and still, the item wasn’t available… The staff are slow, lazy, rude, and apathetic. The customer service desk (conveniently located at the very back of the store!) is always staffed by one person, who goes to and from the back (200 meters away) to get click and collect orders… So... read more
