I have had a horrible experience at Kmart Chadstone. The security guard threatened to ban us from the whole shopping centre. I feel greatly offended and scared as he was going to "take our photo"? I was terrified, how would sitting on a cushion get me in jail?, or worse GET ME BANNED FROM THE WHOLE SHOPPING CENTRE. I thought that we were gonna call the police. Not just that we are 12 yrs old. This store has shown me the most disrespectful behavior I have ever been shown, my daughter was shopping there as usual and she sat on one of the Kmart cushions, and an employee NOT FROM KMART went over to scold her, as one of Kmart's loyal and valued customers, I see no reason to be treated like this, I always purchase from Kmart and now we are shown this kind of behavior from your employees, I am very disappointed in this store , the employee even threatened to ban my daughter from the whole shopping centre, this is disgus... read more

my friend rolled her ankle and sat down , we got kicked out for being a “distraction” . FIRE THE TALL SECURITY GUARD!!! NEVER CONING BACK!! 😡😡😭😭 we have kfc now for emotional support
why does every security guard/ worker think teens are stealing? my daughter got her lipgloss TAKEN because security thought she was stealing. (did not get it back by the way.) VERY DISAPPOINTED BY 2025.
