Went there today and the lady ‘Josie’ was awfully rude. When I asked if they had a product she was dismissive and said “I think we don’t have it”. I work in retail and I would check rather than saying “I think”. Either give me a yes or no answer and be polite. When I asked for something else she was very dismissive and didn’t say anything to me other than “tap here” when I went to pay. It really isn’t hard to be kind and if you are having a bad day don’t take it out on the customer.
Leaving the store the security staff checked my bag and made me feel like a criminal won’t be back
