This is a review for Kmart Castle Hill and the Online shop experience. I've made 3 orders via online and all 3 have been cancelled, despite it saying stock was available. Online help all apologies not responsibility. Online said they could see stock and they would reimburse the shipping, so I ordered and said tyvm. Next day cancel. Worst online shop experience in Australia.

If you’re a local to Castle Towers Kmart then you’ll know exactly who I’m talking about! I want to give a big shoutout to the young guy who’s always at the front entrance greeting customers with a big smile and giving high fives to kids. His positive energy and enthusiasm even when I’m sure it can be far from it but he truly makes the shopping experience so much better. I absolutely love coming to Kmart and seeing him there he’s a real asset to the team
Anu at the entrance is always such a joy to talk to and be welcomed by. As for the rest of the facilities, in relatively good stock with excellent customer service!
