I’ve never felt so infuriated by customer service 1- I walk in and ask the guy at the front where the baskets are, his response, and not very nice I will add, “you know where the baskets are” (I don’t, that’s why I’m asking) 2- I go to buy some clothes at checkout, but seeing as how I had a security tag on, I needed it removed. Waited over a month for a click and collect order until I randomly got a text saying it was collected, then checked my email to see that they cancelled my order? I’ve been to this location multiple times since placing my order and have seen all items I ordered in store with plenty of stock (didn’t purchase at the time as was waiting on the click and collect). The customer service here is appalling and staff are not helpful at all, so disappointing I will never be placing an order here again
I would like to give the highest compliment to Anu who has greeted me and my family on multiple occasions. He is a fantastic person with a wonderful uplifting personality. To the management of Kmart, Anu is a true asset to your store and Kmart as a whole. His customer service is brilliant and he deserves more money.
