The 5 stars goes to the male staff member at the door who greets everyone in a happy demeanour. He always gives my kids a high 5 which puts a smile on their faces. He will definitely make your day!

Anu the greeter is a titan. He is the type of guy ancient emperors sent off to far away kingdoms equipped with spices and fruits to leave a good impression and promote healthy trade.
I’ve never felt so infuriated by customer service 1- I walk in and ask the guy at the front where the baskets are, his response, and not very nice I will add, “you know where the baskets are” (I don’t, that’s why I’m asking) 2- I go to buy some clothes at checkout, but seeing as how I had a security tag on, I needed it removed.
