If you want to bring in a teenager to work on weekends for lower costs, it’s much better to actually train them and teach them customer service. I went to Castle Hill to do a return—my previous card was lost. I showed them the receipt, and the staff says it must be the exact card. I say the old card is lost and now I have a new one. You can see the transaction in my bank statement. They say, no, I can’t refund to the card—only give you a voucher.
