I brought a pair of sneakers and as I was bagging them noticed stains on them. I took them to the service desk and got a refund. The lady at the service desk said she would clean them and put them back. Two days later they are back with the same stains??? Also I saw a customer point out a stain on a dressing gown and was told just pop it back. Not good customer service at all. Very dissapointed.
Worst customer service experience of all
Returned a top that was within the OnePass 365 returns policy (tag still on, never been worn) and the lady at the service desk was very rude and tried to make me feel bad for returning the top even though it was within my rights as a OnePass member. She acted as if the money was personally being taken out of her paycheck. There was no need to be rude
