The store is messy and it's hard to find anything. There was mostly self-checkout and only two staff on during yesterday's rush. Will avoid in future.
I had a very unfortunate experience at this store in June 2025. While shopping with family, I was struck in the head by a rubber ball thrown by another customer. What was even more concerning was that no staff offered any help or attempted to stop the person throwing the ball. At that moment, there was a my kid standing right in front of me and I can’t imagine what could have happened if the child had been hit instead. I had to ask for a chair and an ice pack myself. I think I’ve discovered a new way to make money at Kmart. This is already the second time, and if it works the same way, it seems like a 100% reliable method. The method is related to online orders where some items are marked as out of stock. (Even after I completed the payment, some items suddenly went out of stock.) In this case, the out-of-stock items are automatically refunded. Today was the second time I’ve been to this Kmart to print photos and this is probably one of my last times. What do you mean I paid for instant photos and had to wait 40-50 minutes for them while they sat in the printing box without any notice when there were plenty of staff up there.
