The layout of this Kmart is a bit different to normal (eg the location of books etc) and the stock on colouring books was very low. I understand that with Christmas approaching, more stock is on the floor, but there were huge stacks of products that made it quite messy and unorganised from the moment you enter the store. The makeshift aisle to get to the checkouts is quite messy and disorganised, and other Kmarts are definitely easier to shop at.
I went in recently to buy a dog bed. When I could not find it, I asked for help at the service desk. They told me the stock was there but still sitting on a delivery pallet, and that I should come back on Tuesday or Wednesday. So after going out of my way to visit that store, I was basically told to try again in two or three days. The place is always a mess and stock is never actually available even when the website says it is.
Shopping in this store is a nightmare. Getting around is a nightmare! Why so many restocking bins everywhere? Can’t you restock your shelves at night when there are no shoppers? I refuse to shop in this untidy obstacle course.
This Kmart is awful, it’s always a mess, crap everywhere and not where it should be, clothes off hangers and just on the floor, shoe section and kids toys a mess. And the change room closes before 8pm at night, even though they shut at 9pm?? Something needs to be fixed ASAP here.
The store is messy and it's hard to find anything. There was mostly self-checkout and only two staff on during yesterday's rush. Will avoid in future.
