I went shopping on the weekend recently at kmart capalaba and I found these shorts that I liked, I went to the change room and my jaw dropped, it was overwhelming with piles of clothes that were knee high it was like swimming in clothes. The customer service was terrible after I confronted her about it the girl just picked up a couple of hangers then went back to chatting with her friend sorry to say that but the store is a hot mess
I was shopping at kmart capalaba the other day looking for a toy for my grandson and came across this sweet gentleman I believed his name was Imran he was very kind and helped me find the toy I was looking for.
After 2 years they kept me on casual to push me out the door. They left me at the front for 6 months then abruptly pulled my shifts in December. Fired without notice. I believe everyone else is still working there. Some have been there since the 80s. Tried to ask Hyperdome Kmart to look into, they never did.
If I could I would give use zero stars! The guy that’s scanning the receipts is absolutely annoying and was such horrible customer service! The guy was not going through anyone’s trolley or bags but as soon as I got to him he literally insisted going through/tipping out my food shopping and that I done before I came into your store, then he insisted he wanted me to tip out my whole nappy/baby bag out so he can go through that also I got to the point where I just snatched my receipt out of his hand and left! Bad service. We asked for help at the self check outs, and the young girl with bangs just looked at us didn’t say anything rolled her eyes and ignored :/ Eventually someone else helped us, but she wasn’t very enthusiastic and seemed annoyed at us.
