Been 3 time for xmas shopping, no staff at service desk ,1poor girl ,leaving store very rude man on the door ,had all my dockets ,why can't they go back to checkout at front door so you don't have to line up again and prove you have paid ,they want you to just serve your self ,but don't trust you do it won't be going to capalaba shop again
If rude customer service could win awards I would give this store one. Apart from the fact you have to scan and check yourself out, you think the customer experience would be very good. Not at this store who has employed older miserable women who wouldn’t have a clue about great customer service, and I’m calling out the old lady with a grey blonde long bob at the self serve checkouts for her rude service in which I called her out on.
