I’d give 0 stars if I could. Disorganised, looks like someone’s trashed the place. Many aisles completely inaccessible due to racks of clothing. Self serve check outs broken/not working. I abandoned my cart and won’t bother coming back.

Have been a regular shopper at Kmart Cannon Hill for many years now. Today, I was in there at 10.45 am Monday morning and could not believe the state of the store. It was filthy. Stock was strewn all over the floors and the racks of clothes were a mess. Can’t believe a store could be so untidy so early in the morning. The women’s clothing and Christmas sections were by far the worst. The staff, particularly in women’s clothing couldn’t care less and were working at a snails pace. Went to Cannon Hill Kmart last night and was ‘helped’ (if you can call it that) by a young staff member named Dom. Red hair blazing like a traffic light, back brace shining like medieval armor—this kid looked like he just escaped from a Marvel audition. Asked him where the air fryers were and he sighed so loud the mannequins flinched. Rolled his eyes, muttered something about ‘Google it, champ,’ then wandered off like a discount wizard.
