How can Kmart be a legit retailer. I've tried 10 times to buy stuff online, on mobile and pc and it never works. I spend 15 minutes filling in reward cards and numbers and it ALWAYS FAILS. I legit think this company is going broke as they can't afford a proper IT team. If it weren't for these stupid gift cards I would never use this companies online purchasing at all. Truly terrible. Give up Kmart maybe stick to bricks and mortar and don't even try with online sales - target and JB Hifi have you guys smoked.
