Very rude customer service, what’s with the bad attitude with a suppose to be “manager” no kindness no understanding and just a extremely bad look on his eyes to get his way with excuses is just Kmart!
Excellent customer service and had two items I was after (and which were both out of stock at the CBD, Richmond and Chadstone stores)
“Bought the Plush Ribbed Blanket (Double/Queen) from Kmart Camberwell, and it’s the worst purchase ever. The fur sheds everywhere—floating in the air, sticking to the bedsheet, and making a mess after just one use. It feels cheap, poorly made, and definitely not worth $20. I expected better quality from Kmart, but this was a huge disappointment. If you’re considering buying this, don’t waste your money!”
