I went to Sunnybank Hills Kmart for a quick shop, hoping to buy a neck warmer. I usually don’t trust their stock system, so I had already checked the Kmart website, which showed no stock available at Sunnybank Hills. Went to Kmart yesterday around 4–5 pm and had a terrible experience at the help desk.The girl there (Asian, fake lashes—iykyk) refused to help me exchange an item i bought literally 5 mins earlier even though I had the receipt, the bank summary and hadn't even left the store yet. My local store, I have tried to shop here for the past 8mths. I have frequent the store at different times and I must say, the store is an absolute mess at all times, stock is on the floor the staff are non existent, if you do find them, its a eye roll to take them away from their cage unpack, no welcoming smiles here on entry or exit. HINT: Do the extra K's head up to Sunnybank Plaza Kmart Store, absolutely a whole different vibe, its spotless, clean, stock is will managed, staff are happy and no issues if you need help.
I am very unimpressed with the store. I did a store order in the photos section and when I opened the package from my order, I saw the had made an error, when I brought this to their attention and tried to get it sorted I was denied help while also being told they would help me right away and only after I emailed them again to follow up did they rerout me to someone else only for them to say they couldn't help me. This was supposed to be a mother's day gift for my mother that was now ruined, very unhappy about this.
