Actually so sick of the blonde lady checking everyone’s receipts. She takes forever checking everyone’s items and there is always a line that takes an extra 10 mins just to EXIT THE STORE! I’ve paid for my items, I’ve been filmed and assisted by other staff and am happy to show a receipt, but it is not required and if I don’t want to wait 10 minutes to leave a store I won’t show it. Maybe don’t have your checkout in the middle of the floor or have more than one person checking receipts. I am so sick of it.

Great store but terrible manager Kylie. So rude and saying she is the only manager in store, I can do nothing to her. Even though I asked the customer contact number, she said she will wait there to “assist”. Can’t believe this kind of person can be the only manager work during weekend? In case she gave the wrong name- I’m talking about the red purple short hair lady worked on Sunday.

Please be mindful for the bedding stuff in store - so many people open the bag to touch bedding which are not allowed to return. When I asked the manager Kylie and she was so rude and just ignored me. So does she mean that people can break the bedding stuff bag IN store and Kmart can still selling those touched dirty stuff? I believe so per her comments.
