I’ve click and collect ordered from here and they are so slow, even talking to them felt like they didn’t have a care in the world about the package. Plus I recently ordered online 2 weeks in advance and the shipping company failed to pick up my order as they didn’t have it ready. I had a house inspection and I wanted to buy some furniture to organise but they’ve again failed to deliver my products on time. It’s never happened to me with any Kmart other than this Burpengary one. Not happy at all.
Absolutely one of the worst stores I've visited. Either hire new staff or train whoever is there. There are always cages of new stock waiting to go out sitting in the way of displayed product and blocking walkways. "In stock" products are often impossible to find as if invoices have been received in the system and not put on display. Without doubt the worst Kmart in the area possibly the whole of SE QLD. This store is ALWAYS a shambles. Stock trollies full of new stock is just left throughout the store blocking aisles - it's usually not possible to move them to reach what you want. The stock on display is rarely tidy. Many staff are disengaged or uninterested (apart from the front door staff most of whom are lovely)
Online says product in stock, went in to purchase, staff told me sold out. So why 3 hours later, online still saying product in stock???
Always check your receipts! Checked mine as soon as it spat out of the machine and there was an extra item on there I never purchased. Had to walk to the service desk to get a refund even though there are staff and tills in the 'Pay Here' area. Sort it out Kmart. How much money are you making from people who don't check?
