I love Kmart but recently I had a click and collect to pick up. My item was in a recyclable plastic bag which written on it said "I'm a keeper". I am all for recycling but there's a big 'Boo Boo" here. No way could I reuse this bag because of the way it was parcelled. Heaps of sticky tape which made the parcel difficult to get at the contents, in the process of opening the 'recyclable' bag it got destroyed in the frustration of trying to open it. Guy at the door was abrupt do was the last at the service desk but they have one great big store. Filled with style usually reserved for those better off than most.
I absolutely love the quality of service I recieve every visit!
