Was here Friday night. The store is an absolute mess and couldn't even pass through the isles. I was actually hit in the back by some kid pulling a big plastic crate around on a moveable fork machine. What a hole of a place. Some workers were very helpful, others just plain rude. I think I'll be visiting another Kmart.
Always has stuff for your needs. However it can be a bit tidier, especially after school hours and the kids running thru there. The staff are polite.
Called 3 times to try to get some help with returning a product, they hung up on me all 3 times. The store is a constant mess and is rarely actually stocked. All year the makeup section has been bare and little to no working products. I got a uv lamp and the lights didnt work! Not to mention the trolleys constantly in the walk ways... what happened to night stockers? I only go here as its my local however i think i will avoid from here on out. This is ridiculous!
Worst Kmart ever! Customer service (50 years +) woman is so rude, not helpful at all. Store manager equally as rude- suits the rules to suit themselves. Store manger is very discriminatory on who she chooses to help.
