I had a simple click and collect order that was already in stock when I had ordered it,it had told me that it should be ready by 4 pm the same day. Nothing happens then the next day I get a message saying I'm getting a refund, no explanation just that I couldn't get my order this still apparently available in the store. My money hasn't even come back into my account. It literally just wasted my time and stole my money. What the hell was the point of that, I'll probably just look at more trusted websites next time. I went to Kmart Browns Plains to collect a click-and-collect order. It was handed to me in a sealed plastic bag. On opening, I found my items scrunched and tangled in with hangers. They were litterally pulled off the shelves, rolled into a bunch, and shoved in to a bag. The store was a mess—products and rubbish all over the floor, aisles blocked, barely any staff around. I generally love a kmart shop but today at Browns Plains i couldnt wait to leave..the stock laying on the floor in the aisles, box's, clothing toys,christmas decorations ect. I had a pram and struggled to get around. A mess..
I need to take a moment to write an appreciation post for Kylee and especially Cass who did such a great job trying to solve my issue with a gift card. They really helped so much! I am so thankful. They truly deserve all the praise
Trying to return a product 2 days NO ANSWER on their phones from ANY DEPARTMENT ANYWHERE. I called HO in Victoria, all you get is an apology, they promised to call me back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP THERE. I called Target thinking the product was from there initially. Got straight trough and Mandy from Customer Service was amazing. THATS IF FOR GOOD NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.
