The Kmart at Sunnybank seems to be alot more organised. Have met some friendly staff at this store, tho one of the managers isn't friendly at all. An average experience.
Mum bought a spinning mop and as she used it the pin in the handle kept popping out so we took it to return it.. she tried to explain what was wrong and the staff member cut her off saying "is it broken?" Mum said yes and the staff said "good enough for me" and processed a refund. While that happened i went and got the Nebula Dog Projector. Got home with it, the remote for it doesnt work. I have tried calling the store 5 times and it just rings and occasionally says a team member will be with me shortly, until it eventually ... read more
I always go shopping there to buy clothes and stationery stuff I always like buy and print out photos very good shopping store and friendly staff
Bad bad experience ever I ask for cash out I ask to three people first they said wait and after that they said we don’t cash out I just need 2 dollars for trolley but they don’t if they don’t why they lock trolley team members are not helpful 😡
