Overall, the store is honestly very messy and alot of things are hard to find as they are all over the place. Emma (Black hair and was wearing glasses) who was at the service desk tonight was absolutely amazing in her customer service, she was very helpful in both helping us locate things but also in resolving a very disappointing experience regarding the photo printing service, she is the reason the store is not rated lower. Literally worst Kmart I’ve ever been into. Store is an absolute mess. Gaps in shelving everywhere. And just gross. Wanted booster seat for son. Only had 2 baby capsules in stock and no other car seats at all. Went to get him an outfit and they had no size 7 in any of the jumper or track pants options other than the nasty cheap looking ones. And then when we went to get him a toy, this was on a random shelf ( which you’ll notice is also empty ) Whoever is in control of stock ordering and store presentation needs to be fired.
The worst Kmart I visited , lady hit my child with trolley and walked of after looking at us. The floor is really messy and H cage parked everywhere which blocks all paths and make customers bump into each other They won’t pick up there phones and staff won’t even help they just chat with others
Called up the store about someone using my address for their Layby Kmart orders. Got directed to customer care line. Called it, and they said they could not do anything about it and proceeded to tell me how people can use the wrong address. They are not able to delete the address of this person falsely using my address but said its fine since I am not being charged. I said so anyone can use anyone else's address even though I'm telling you this person does not currently live there and she cannot be a previous tenant as I kno... read more
