Do not use click and collect. The young man doing this was like watching a snail move backwards!! Sunday pay rate, no urgency or care. Did not have a name tag on or I would call him out. Service desk ladies were very helpful. Only reason why they get 3 stars. 0 for click and collect staff, 3 for service desk staff. Never again! Store very messy. I love shopping at kmart, it is an adventure to have a look at the thousands of products available. I think the new mini range is fantastic. Yesterday i purchased a mini fry pan, i thought what a great idea for back packer's. They can heat up a can of baked beans, spaghetti or irish stew, a few sausages & eggs, stir fry. I actually am using mine as an omelette pan, slow & steady is the key, so it doesn't burn before being cooked, it worked amazingly. Zero stars absolutely disgraceful… we have lived in various states and been to many kmart stores..this has to be the worst store. Agree with previous negative reviews. What they say and do are two different things, cannot phone as requested to do as all calls are on hold for 8minutes then a message tells you no one is available and hangs up. We will drive 30 minutes to see if the bike i paid for has been assembled and if not will need a refund for assembly as can not get a hold of anyone on any phone option available
