Not the biggest fan of this Kmart. Can be unpleasant to browse or look at items on the shelves. The employees who replace items on the shelves, rolling the big trollies with the items, generally expect you to move out of the way for them. Also, some I think have an unappealing way of sussing out shoplifters by monitoring and being too close for comfort. I had a very disappointing experience at Kmart Broadway today. I went in to purchase an item that was available on the shelf, but several of the boxes were heavily damaged and clearly looked like they had been opened before. Since the packaging was in such poor condition, I simply wanted to ask whether there was a brand-new one in stock or if the item could be returned in case anything was missing.
