Kmart Broadmeadows is the same in store as Airport West Shopping Centre, only thing it's a different layout ,so you have to walk around and find .Which I suppose is good if you've got to walk more (which I have to ).Only difference is there are security gates at the front entrance .( let us in and let us out ) .It's a wonder that they don't say that we have to buy something otherwise you're not getting out .Maybe that will come in the future.
They are great inside the store. But click and collect is horrible. Been waiting over 25 minutes past my click to collect boot scheduled timing. And every number has hung up on me when i try to call, this isnt exactly great for a mum with 3 under 5 in the car, its ended with screaming crying children and an over stilulated mum and a baby screaming so much his lips are turning purple. Was told it was a straight forward process but its honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I've had and still yet to receive my parcel
I would like to praise 2 amazing staff that went above and beyond to find some items in the toy department. We took about 20 minutes looking for my request. Searched high ⬆️and low⬇️ they didn’t disappoint. Well done Chanel & Yahia, great job. We found all 3 items. Great service never goes unnoticed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ not very often we praise the young these days…they have to be thanked.
