They are great inside the store. But click and collect is horrible. Been waiting over 25 minutes past my click to collect boot scheduled timing. And every number has hung up on me when i try to call, this isnt exactly great for a mum with 3 under 5 in the car, its ended with screaming crying children and an over stilulated mum and a baby screaming so much his lips are turning purple. Was told it was a straight forward process but its honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I've had and still yet to receive my parcel

I would like to praise 2 amazing staff that went above and beyond to find some items in the toy department. We took about 20 minutes looking for my request. Searched high ⬆️and low⬇️ they didn’t disappoint. Well done Chanel & Yahia, great job. We found all 3 items. Great service never goes unnoticed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ not very often we praise the young these days…they have to be thanked.

The service desk at this place is the lowest of the low there's usually maybe one work on at a time an that's a maybe you get stuck waiting for Eva for someone to show up big W best way to go Kmart have gone down hill

The customer service here in Broadmeadows is terrible. Every time I go to return something, this woman treats me terribly. She’s always angry and grumpy. She intimidates me every time till a point that I would go to other stores to return instead of facing her. But this time I thought I’d try again because it’s the closest store to me. I ended up being abused. She snatched items from me and threatened me to not give me a refund, even though her manager tells her to.
