I was served by Reyna yesterday, and I must say it’s been a while since I received exceptional customer service. She was super lively, constantly smiling and willing to help me.
Checkout Staff extremely rude especially towards people of ethnic background. Noticed this because it took them extremely long to serve me when I needed help and the lady was prioritising non-urgent tasks over helping the 3-4 people needing assistance. As someone who has worked in assisted checkouts before I don’t think the older ladies that were placed there are doing any good to help kmart rep and service quality.
This store has prison gates to trap you inside and in all honesty an actual prison might actually have better customer service than this place. No manned registers. Employees standing around looking bored, running away when a customer wants help. Honestly you only have 2 good employees working there. Terrible design, clustered aisles. Empty drink cups dumped everywhere. This isn’t an upgrade, it’s a downgrade.
