There needs to more cashiers on for people who do not want to use self service. I asked for help with self serving and was told if the staff members is needed for other’s customers I would have to do the transaction my self. In that case I won’t go ahead with the transaction then Ask came back I Don’t care Staff member don’t care as they feel like robot. Please make your staff feel important in their job

Finally found exactly what I needed. There was only one left in the store but it was slightly out of my reach. A staff member checked for me if someone could lift it down, but was told they were too busy that day and I wasn't allowed to stand on a stool or ladder to reach. I would have to come back another day and see if they could fetch it for me. No guarantees it would still be there.

We had a terrible experience at Kmart Boronia today. Despite having the receipt for the product which we wanted to return. The lady who was at changing rooms, She checked our items three times (which is not her job) and asked do you have receipt for this even though we already told her that we have a receipt and we want to return it ,though she keeps asking the same thing. do you not recommend I called to see if there was an item available and they said yes and they said to come in so I came in and then was told that the item was there but they were not selling it to me. Absolutely disgusting service very disappointing.
