Really nice place, but a bit messy. But the service the staff really helpful
Purchased a suitcase yesterday, less than 24hours later the wheels broke off which confirms this is a defect item. I reached out to customer care team providing proof of sale and photos of the defect item and they rejected my reimbursement. Unfortunately I am unable to attend the store to raise this further as now longer in the county. I thought Kmart assisted their customers but thought wrong.
