Unnecessary drama , terrible customer service and false accusations from Kmart Eastgate Bondi junction. The young assistants at Kmart are consistently helpful and polite however Christina at the counter tonight turned what should have been a minor incident into something nasty , unprofessional and dishonest . Asking me about a Kmart product I was wearing that I had purchased previously, I explained that it was bought previously and showed her evidence of wear and tear . we had an issue with a package that went missing and we didn’t receive any tracking number for the order. we went to the help service desk and nathan was a huge help and sorted everything out. such a g, mad service
Tom is a legend !!! So so helpful. Has helped me several times on the phone to see if there was an item in stock. Give that man a raise !
It's ok, a standard Kmart. A lot of the clothes items seem dirty / dusty.
I was aftet a single fitted sheet,best to.always check the website for available stock ss there one sheet left and for $13 its a top quality buy
