Im only placing one star to be able to give a review. Karen, you need customer service training, not skilled un your role at all. The young school leaver at the check out desk had more skills and personality + and no!, I will not go back to this store ever again. Some very rude staff that need to be removed and replaced with people who have proper customer service skills.
A week ago while the mad rush of Chrissie shoppers was in swing i came to purchase a netball ring and a trampoline. The lady at the photo area that grabbed the netball ring for me was so lovely. The line was getting long, this time is hectic yet she took it all in her stride and was just lovely. When getting the trampoline we approached the lady working on the self serve area. Airfryers information labels of temp and time etc just run off.
I don’t know if all Kmarts are this bad, but geez. Looked for an iPad case that was in stock on their app, they looked in the back and still didn’t have it. Absolutely ridiculous. Only leaving any stars because of the nice man who greeted me.
