Dear Kmart Customer Service / Belconnen Store Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my experience at the Kmart Belconnen store. I attended the store to collect items as part of a work order for a client. I had the official work order available on my phone via email. Despite this, staff refused to accept it because I did not have a printed copy. I ordered click & collect at other Kmart. This store is always the worst place, never on time collect, always missing and refund some items in my order.
