My experience at Kmart Belconnen was very positive when being assisted by Carmel due to being delivered the wrong item. They had what I needed, but it took a mighty long time for anyone to come to the service desk. Granted, it was 9pm on a Saturday night, but that's still a full 2h before close and I, standing at the service desk, could see two staff just going about what they're doing despite me having buzzed the "press for assistance" button 3 times across about 10 mins. Poor staff attitude to customer service from those two at least, the other two staff I interacted with were great.
