Angela from Bateau bay customer service was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me with my click and collect, the whole staff were amazing! Tracey, Emily and Dylan were also all very helpful with our shopping at 8pm! Still all very friendly and kind to me, my wife and our two crazy kids.
The person at the door was a welcome surprise
Kmart Bateau Bay staff always provide great customer support (thank you staff I've interrupted on the floor to show me the spot an item is kept, and thanks to the person on the door this morning who told me I'd need to go to the counter to purchase a memory stick - all making shopping more pleasant and efficient).
